Second 2016 release from Disco Modernism, Milan! This is a collection of unreleased tracks from the solo project of Stefano Tirone, formerly a member of State Of Art and Der Blaue Reiter and later known as S-Tone Inc.

In 1982 he started experimenting with electronic dance music using analogue keyboards and drum machines and here is a selection of these experiments. Among the tracks, “Yes or no” is the instrumental demo that led to the influential Italo classic “Yes no family” by Jock Hattle.

“Another place in the sun” features Fred Ventura on lead vocals and “No time of no emotion” is a vocal track with the distinctive sound of Roland 808 drum machine and TB 303 bassline. Four more instrumental tracks complete the session, a couple of which with a slightly post new wave attitude.
