Looking back at the influences from his recent Full Circle project, Alexis Le-Fan (best know by some as Le-Tan), winds the clock back even further to his roots of trance. Call it proto-Goa if you like, these three tracks show a panel of sounds that could’ve received airplay in the early 80s on the beaches of Anjuna or Vagator. Standing On The Edge is shoegaze gone tribal disco, Up And Down is new-wave with an ethno-indo twist, whilst Love To Hate is new-beat led by hypno synths a warped sax and freaky vocals which will ease you in the wee hours of the morning sun.
