The Window 12”

Normally found on the Making Love In Public Spaces label, Kasra V steps out with the first release on Feelings Worldwide to throw down some essential, mysterious tracks with a muscular exoskeleton but a trippy, trancey soul. From the proto throb of “Fantasy” to the crafty breaks on “Pris”, this is a record steeped in a classy execution and knowing reference points without ever sounding derivative. The mood remains surprising and immersive at every turn, not least on mystical killer “Myth” which winds up getting remixed by spiritual acid veteran Dream 2 Science. It’s a perfect punctuation on a truly special slab of dance music with depth.
