90’s Electro-Punk project based in Chicago after Janis Sils emigrated from Riga, Latvia. Self built instruments to create an trash and solid industrial sound. Influenced by label Wax Trax! & bands like Laibach, Nine Inch Nails, Front 242 … The world of U.S.O.C.A. reflects a strong talk to military minds. Something straight with no breathe. A uniting calling for masses.
