As the 1980s came to a close, Italo Disco was evolving and often morphing into other genres. One such example was the monster release ‘Jealousy’, born out of the Italo Disco sound but delivered in the Hi NRG style by the mysteriously named outfit If. With vocals from Zelig and Steve Eden of earlier Italo Disco groups Manhattan Project, Real People and Steve Eden & Paul James, Jealousy is the latest gem delivered through the I Venti d’Azzurro Records sublabel, I.D.
