The Land of Blah Blah return with a mighty package of Balearic jewels – four beauties in
total. First is the anthemic Compass Point Studio recorded “You Know” by a certain Jon
Partyn, an incredible funky sing along edit cleverly extended by the uber busy Mr
Haners. “You Know” rolls along at 90 BPM creating that old skool Amnesia / Alfredo
vibe. “Futaing De” from Los Fonococcos is up next and is the most explosive dance
floor bomb. The original is rare and very hard to find. “Futaing De” is creatively extended with added production by Haners. “Phew Position” is one of the lesser known tracks by the late Princess – here nicely edited by the mysterious KBE and turned into a club track for the more discerning DJ.
For your fourth and final gift, an old obscure B side “Searching” is slowed down and extended into a druggy new romantics / post wave beast of a track, again masterly edited by the always reliable Haners. Mr Haners seems to be on fire on this release, does this man ever sleep…? Jewels, pearls, diamonds, call these gems what you want, Balearic Blah Blah nr #16 is another unmissable DJ missile.
