La Réparation, the latest film by Oscar-winning director Régis Wargnier, premiered last month in Paris, where critics especially praised the sublime score by multi-platinum composer, conductor, and arranger Romano Musumarra. According to reviews, “Musumarra’s sublime original music carries the film into another dimension, elevating emotions and landscapes alike, while adding an extra touch of romance and mystery. His orchestration is both the essence and the binding agent of the film.”
The soundtrack features a signature piece by the Maestro, the 20-minute La Réparation Suite, in which all elements of the score are woven into a single composition. It also includes Musumarra’s 1988 Aria Italiana, performed by his sister Isabella, as well as two new versions of his renowned composition Stanstead. The End Credits piece rounds out this latest film score masterpiece by the Roman Maestro.
La Réparation will be released in cinemas across France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy.
