Italian beatsmith Sybiann dusts of his analogue kit for another adventure into the further realms of the groove galaxy. “Lunar Solar” is a tripped out slab of stark hypnosis and easily his darkest disco jam to date. Elsewhere the 12″ is coated in remix luxuryl “Cosmic Favela” sees Daniele Baldelli tipping his hat at Moroder, “Gyilli Drugs” sees Danny Benedettini doing a fine Chicken Lips homage while “Vortice” sees Matta Pyramid getting all slinky with a massive elastic bassline and lush shimmering guitars. Deep space disco doesn’t get more cosmic or spacious than this. Stunning.
