Tales is back with its third musical story and this time it is various artists who take care of the authorship. Marsupials kicks off with the whimsical cosmic pads of ‘Lately I Think Of You’ which bumps on rubbery beats with nice analogue claps. The Mechanical Man’s ‘Fire Ground Survival’ (feat Melloghetto – dub) is a Chicago referencing deep house delight with naive melodies captivating the mind. MAN DA’s ‘Pressure Jazz’ brings more synth energy with pixelated smears and amped-up stabs while LDF’s ‘Basic Groove’ is indeed but still has a unique energy from the zippy leads and dusty drums.
